Expanding Garden Center and Landscape Construction Company seeking an experienced Full Time or Part Time Bookkeeper/Office Administrator.
You will need to know QuickBooks and Invoice Preparation as the primary entry point. We will be performing a 30 minute input session on reading job sheets and preparing Invoices, to see if you meet qualifications. Flexible hours- nights, weekends, days- we can create a schedule that works for you, if you are the right person for us.
Hourly rate or global compensation will be very strong for the right candidate, that is versatile, flexible, self starter, interested in all aspects of business and working with the Owners, to fine tune and improve the global office process.
If you do not have solid quickbooks, excel, accounting, invoicing, inventory, sales tax reporting, or cannot work in a small business environment, please do not apply.
