We're looking for a part-time office assistant who is passionate about helping people. The perfect assistant will be super fun, energetic, and confident to keep the chiropractic office running at full speed.
This is a perfect opportunity for a college or stay at home mom who wants to gain some real world experience!
Must be available EVERY Monday & Wednesday from 2:00pm - 6:00pm (8-10 hours/week).
What you’ll be doing;
Office management: All the stuff required to keep an office flowing smoothly; from answering phones to collecting payments. Must enjoy organizing and keeping the office clean.
Customer service: Creating an environment that brings a smile to our customer’s faces. Must have patience and a great attitude!
Marketing Assistant: Manage our social media, blog content, and email newsletters. Help create engaging digital campaigns to promote our in-office and community events. A strong passion for natural health is required, and knowledge of chiropractic care is a major plus!
What you'll bring to the table;
You are energetic, super motivated, and have a positive attitude for customer service.
You have a experience with chiropractic care and love telling others about natural health options.
Organized to keep patients on track with their treatments, and able to follow up with leads and contacts.
General experience with social media, a creative mind, and a desire to learn and dive into new marketing projects.
