Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in need of care. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents, and fostering a supportive environment that respects resident rights.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light cleaning and meal preparation.
- Monitor patients’ health by observing and reporting changes in condition or behavior.
- Support individuals with memory care needs through engaging activities that promote cognitive function.
- Uphold resident rights by maintaining dignity and respect in all interactions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Assist individuals of all ages with disabilities by providing direct support tailored to their unique needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Provide medication reminders.
Skills
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing empathetic care.
- Experience in care for people with disabilities and seniors is highly desirable.
- Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and their families
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within a healthcare team.
- Understanding of resident rights and the importance of maintaining privacy and dignity.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.50 per hour
