Duties

- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners to ensure optimal results.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs or minor repairs to keep facilities in excellent condition.
- Follow safety protocols and use proper cleaning chemicals to ensure a healthy environment for all occupants.
- Support custodial duties during special projects or deep-cleaning initiatives as needed.

Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
