Job Title: Shuttle Driver/ Light Hotel Maintenance
Job Summary:
Shuttle Driver who transports guests to & from airport and during down time assists with houseman duties
Job Duties:
· Creates a safe and attractive environment
· Completes building repairs such as replacing ceiling tiles, filters, light bulbs,
· Develops plans for completing routine and preventative maintenance and renovations;
· Maintains safety and cleanliness of the exterior of the building, grounds, pool and exercise room.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
This position requires a clean driving record but does not require a CDL.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Preference of one year of hotel or apartment experience
· Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing maintenance.
· Experience with general maintenance tools.
· Troubleshooting ability with skills in painting, air conditioning, and carpentry.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach upward.
· Customer service skillset is needed to conversate with clients.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
