South Sound Janitorial, LLC is a growing commercial cleaning company serving Pierce, Thurston, and King Counties. Our mission is to deliver the most detailed, reliable cleaning service possible — starting with the people we hire.
We are currently contracted with a Residential Treatment Facility (RTC) requiring janitorial staff onsite 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including all holidays.
An RTC provides therapy for mental health and behavioral recovery, so this is a unique setting that requires reliable, adaptable, and respectful individuals who take pride in their work.
Duties (include but not limited to):
- Dusting, sanitizing, restroom cleaning
- Trash & recycling removal
- Sweeping & mopping
- Deep cleaning empty rooms
- Window/glass cleaning
- Following easy-to-use cleaning checklists
Equipment & supplies are provided for all shifts.
Pay & Benefits
- $21–$25 per hour (based on role: Regular vs. Supervisor)

Schedule
- Full-Time (35 - 40hrs/week)
- 10 am – 7 pm, 5 days per week (must include weekends)
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Working cell phone (for scheduling/time tracking app)
- Consistent weekend & holiday availability
- Willingness to undergo a background check (in compliance with state law & facility contract)
- No experience necessary — full training provided
