Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone and email ensuring each interaction is positive and solutions-oriented.
- Assist motorists with questions or concerns regarding vehicle liability insurance coverage with clear and effective communication.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer and insurance companies’ requests when appropriate.
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within our customer relationship systems and other software tools like Microsoft Office.
- Analyze and update liability insurance information received via web, email, phone or mail, etc.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly
- Assist local DMV and law enforcement in resolving motorist complaints.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently, utilizing analysis skills to identify root causes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED (at least).
- A minimum of 3-4 years of customer service experience.
- Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation tasks.
- Experience with outbound calling and customer service techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette, analysis skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Great positive attitude.
- Professional appearance to adhere to a business casual environment.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
