Requirements:
- Must hold active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales experience preferred (insurance sales is a plus).

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage gaps.
- Quote and sell personal, life, and health insurance products.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and referrals.
