Position Overview
Seal It with a Smile Pediatric Dentistry is a new, state-of-the-art pediatric dental practice located across from the Aventura Mall.
We're building something special—a practice where children look forward to visiting the dentist and families receive an exceptional experience from the moment they contact us.
We're looking for a warm, energetic, organized Patient Care Coordinator who genuinely enjoys working with children and families. If you love creating outstanding customer experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping a growing business succeed, we'd love to meet you.
This is a full-time position (35+ hours per week) Monday – Friday, with the following schedule:
- Monday – Wednesday: 7:30am – 5:30pm
- Thursday: 12:30pm – 6:30pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 1:30pm

What You'll Do
Our Patient Care Coordinator serves as the first impression of the practice and plays a key role in maintaining an organized schedule, helping families understand their treatment options, and ensuring every patient leaves with a five-star experience.
- Welcome patients and families with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer phones and respond to emails & text messages promptly
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Collect payments and explain financial options
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Coordinate treatment scheduling with our clinical team
- Help maintain an organized, efficient front office
- Communicate with referring offices and specialists
- Keep patient records accurate and up to date
- Help create a five-star experience for every family
What We're Looking For
- Previous dental front office experience
- Bilingual (English & Spanish or English & Russian)
- Experience with pediatric dentistry preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Ability to multitask while staying calm under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Team player with a positive attitude
Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive hourly pay: $24 – $32 per hour (based on experience)
