The Role
We’re looking for a rock star Customer Service Dispatcher & Sales Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who can juggle multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and turn every customer interaction into a positive experience.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Service Titan software experience
- cold calling potential customers
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently
- Coordinate daily job calendars and adjust in real-time as needed
- Support sales efforts by following up with leads and assisting with estimates
- Maintain accurate customer records and job details
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Customer service and/or dispatching experience preferred
- Sales support or coordination experience is a plus
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling/CRM software
