Bryant Group, Inc. is a Fire Protection and Plumbing company with headquarters in Gaithersburg, MD. We are currently seeking experienced new residential construction Sprinkler Project Manager with a minimum of 2 to 5 years in residential and some lite commercial experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities –
· Able to read and interpret plans and codes.
· Confirming material take-offs and supervising daily material order requests.
· Managing and ensuring labor costs meet labor targets.
· Ensuring work performed conforms to work plans, specifications and industry standards.
· Responsible for scheduling manpower and material for your projects to ensure that builder’s schedules are met in a timely fashion.
· Develop good communications and relationships with builders and inspectors.
· Maintain inspection schedule/permitting.
· Follow all reporting procedures. These reports include new employee information, terminated employee information, timecards, accident reports, theft reports, liability reports, performance evaluations, etc.
· Attend all management and related classes when scheduled.
· Maintaining our company culture and core values.
Requirements –
· Project management experience in the residential fire sprinkler industry
· NICET Level II required
· Proficient in NFPA code requirements
· Associates/bachelor’s degree
· Must have a vehicle and maintain a clean driving record
· Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office (Excel and Word), and AutoCad
· Strong organizational, planning, and scheduling abilities
· Superior communication and relationship-building skills
· Time management skills, ability to multitask, and comfortable working in a team-focused environment
· Strong personal drive to succeed
· Able to commute daily to the office and job sites as required
· Ability to manage job scheduling and progress efficiently and cost-effectively with a strong focus on quality
· Proficient in issue resolution
· Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills
· Strong working knowledge of the fire sprinkler industry
· Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
· Two to five years of experience with residential fire sprinkler systems and project management in the fire sprinkler industry
· Strong, positive team-building skills with leadership ability
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
