-Afternoon, Evening & Saturdays availability
Our Store Hours Are: Monday - Friday 8am - 630pm Saturdays 9am - 230pm
Closed Sundays
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their needs
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Follow proper phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online communication
- Maintain a clean and organized work space environment
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse customers
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and retail math tasks accurately
- Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed
