ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem Shifts

CareRev is looking for experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our platform and claim flexible per diem shifts at acute care facilities in Lewes, Delaware.

Position Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing with the Delaware State Board of Nursing
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Current ACLS and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU RN experience (within the last year preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
- Experience managing:
- Ventilators
- Chest tubes
- Proning patients
- Experience assisting with:
- Intubation
- Moderate sedation
- Central and arterial line placement
- Para/thoracentesis
- Experience with Impella, IABP, and/or CRRT in a combined medical/cardiac ICU is a plus
