Key Qualifications & Responsibilities

15+ years of progressive experience within the insurance, risk management, brokerage, or financial services industry, including senior leadership responsibilities.

Lead the development and execution of the U.S. market growth strategy, aligning business objectives with overall organizational goals.

Drive revenue growth through new business development, client retention, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, carriers, and industry partners.

Partner with regional and business leaders to identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive advantages.

Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and leadership forums to enhance brand presence and market influence.

Utilize market intelligence and data analytics to inform strategic decision-making and drive business results.

Compensation
The expected base salary range for this role is $350,000- 435,000; actual pay rate will be determined based on factors including candidate experience and work location. This role is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
