We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Before & After-School (Summer Camp) Program Director to lead our dynamic program. This role involves overseeing daily operations, creating enriching activities, and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment where children can thrive. The ideal candidate will have minimum 60 credit hours (bachelors preferred) of college coursework which includes elementary/early childhood, bring experience in education administration, working with students, and a passion for fostering positive youth development. Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise engaging before- and after-school activities that promote creativity and personal growth.
- Manage staff schedules, provide training, and support team members to deliver high-quality programming.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a secure environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and community partners to support children's needs and program goals.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and program activities in compliance with licensing standards.
- Develop partnerships with local organizations to enhance program offerings and community engagement.
- Monitor program budget and resources to ensure efficient operation while maintaining high standards of quality. Experience
- 5 plus years of Director experience preferred.
- Proven experience working with children or students in a youth program setting with transportation services
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing staff or teams within an educational or recreational environment.
- Familiarity with licensing requirements for youth programs and safety regulations.

Pay: $27.13 - $35.00 per hour
