Charlotte Early Colleges is seeking an exceptional high school mathematics teacher to join our team.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate:
- Holds (or is eligible to hold) North Carolina licensure in Mathematics.
- Has strong content knowledge and a passion for helping students develop mathematical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Maintains high expectations while providing the support students need to succeed.
- Uses data to inform instruction and continuously improve student outcomes.
- Builds positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

- Is willing to go beyond the traditional classroom to support students in an early college setting.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned mathematics instruction.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues through Professional Learning Communities.
- Communicate regularly with students and families.
- Foster a classroom culture that promotes academic excellence, responsibility, and student growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Valid North Carolina teaching license in Mathematics or eligibility for NC licensure.
- Commitment to high expectations and continuous professional growth.

Pay: $48,943.00 - $70,199.00 per year
