Robert Horne Ford is actively seeking an experienced Ford EV Certified Technician to join our growing service team in Apache Junction.

Position Overview
The Ford EV Certified Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Ford electric vehicles while ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer standards and safety requirements.
This position requires advanced technical knowledge, strong diagnostic abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Ford electric vehicles and hybrid systems
- Perform EV-related maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Utilize Ford diagnostic equipment and service procedures
- Complete warranty repairs according to Ford standards
- Diagnose electrical, drivability, charging, and battery system concerns
- Perform multi-point vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate repair order documentation
- Communicate repair needs and recommendations with service advisors
- Stay current on Ford EV technology, training, and certification requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Qualifications
- Current Ford EV Certification required
- Previous Ford dealership experience required
- Strong electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Ford diagnostic equipment and repair procedures
- Ability to perform repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Team-oriented attitude and professional work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
