The Bentonville KinderCare is hiring an Assistant Center Director to help lead a team of educators who are committed to creating a positive, engaging environment for children and families.

What You'll Do
- Support the Center Director in leading teachers, supporting families, and helping the center achieve enrollment, accreditation, and operational goals.
- Build strong partnerships with families to provide the best care and educational experience for every child.
- Foster positive relationships with teachers, families, licensing agencies, community partners, and corporate teams.
- Step into different roles throughout the center as needed, including supporting classrooms, assisting in the kitchen, or driving.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in Early Childhood Education.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and a commitment to high-quality learning.
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- CPR and First Aid Certification, or a willingness to obtain it.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Comfortable using a computer, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working indoors and outdoors.
- Able to actively engage with children throughout the day, including sitting, bending, kneeling, and participating in physical activities.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate with children and families.
