Family Insurance Sales, a fast-growing auto insurance agency with multiple locations in Los Angeles County, is seeking a motivated bilingual (English & Spanish) Call Center Supervisor to lead our in-office calling team.
This role oversees three key call functions:
- Retention Department: monthly payment reminder calls
- Calling Center: offering quotes and setting up office appointments
- Cancellation Department: notifying customers of policy cancellations and scheduling appointments to reinstate
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong sales experience, call center management background, and the ability to coach, train, and mentor a team daily.
Role Structure
Since we are currently rebuilding our team, this role will require 100% hands-on calling in the beginning. As the team grows, the role will transition to approximately 70% call production and 30% leadership responsibilities.

Requirements
- 2-3+ years of overall call center experience
- Prior call center supervisory or management experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Bilingual, fluent in Spanish, with strong English communication skills
- Self-motivated, charismatic, energetic
- Excellent communication skills
Compensation
$20-25/hour based on experience, plus bonuses.
