G Brothers Garage Doors is looking for an experienced Garage Door Technician to join our fun, family owned company.
Our service areas extend throughout central Colorado however, much of the work will be centralized around the Denver metro area.

The ideal candidate for this position will be efficient, detail oriented, passionate, hardworking and be willing to learn the G Brothers technique. Someone who is capable of providing swift, efficient, honest service and is not satisfied with "good enough."
Responsibilities:
Fair and accurate estimations of Commercial and Residential jobs using G Brothers method
Install and repair garage doors and garage door openers at both Commercial and Residential job sites
Effectively communicate with supervisors, peers, and customers by text/phone/HouseCallPro app
Troubleshoot garage door problems and provide honest feedback and recommendations - NEVER overselling the customer
Willingness to reach out and get a second opinion if the situation calls for it - asking for help is a strength at G Brothers
Perform physical tasks - including things like, lifting 50+ lbs, climbing, lifting, and balancing
Cleanliness and Organization of attire, vehicle and job sites
Good time management
Reviewing schedule, adding notes to job profiles, tagging jobs correctly, and marking correct status of each job.
Providing on call and emergency services to customers
Making sure all necessary equipment and product is available for every job
Qualifications:
2+ years industry experience
The ability to work BOTH independently AND as a team
Good driving record
Valid Driver's License
Auto-Insurance (even if you drive in our truck, you will need to be able to provide proof of insurance)
Smartphone with ability to download apps
Safety practices implemented on job sites and in the company vehicle
Knowledge of basic tools needed
EXCELLENT customer service and communication skills
