Job title: Licensed Bilingual Insurance Agent – Full-Time or Part-Time
About the Position
Total Insurance is hiring two Licensed Bilingual Insurance Agents to join our team:
* One full-time position
* One part-time position with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs
Positions are available in the Marietta and Kennesaw areas. These are on-site roles.
The ideal candidate is professionally fluent in English and Spanish, has an active Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance License, and is experienced in sales and customer service. We are looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, organized, motivated to sell, and comfortable working as part of a team.
This position includes base pay plus commission and offers strong earning potential for a motivated insurance professional.
Responsibilities
* Sell personal and commercial insurance products to new and existing clients.
* Respond promptly to incoming calls, leads, referrals, and quote requests.
* Evaluate clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
* Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, follow up with prospects, and close sales.
* Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate.
* Provide professional customer service in both English and Spanish.
* Assist existing clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, payments, and coverage reviews.
* Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters as needed.
* Maintain complete and accurate records of quotes, applications, customer communications, and follow-up activities.
* Follow agency procedures and all applicable insurance regulations.
* Meet individual sales, customer-service, and productivity goals.
* Maintain reliable attendance and arrive punctually for all scheduled shifts.
* Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and provide an excellent customer experience.
Required Qualifications
* Active and valid Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance License.
* Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
* Previous insurance sales or customer-service experience.
* Strong sales skills, including the ability to follow up with leads and close sales.
* Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
* Dependable, punctual, responsible, and professional.
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
* Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable using computers, email, insurance carrier portals, and customer-management systems.
* Ability to work on-site in the Marietta or Kennesaw area.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience working for an independent insurance agency.
* Experience with both personal and commercial insurance.
* Experience quoting and servicing personal auto, homeowners, renters, general liability, commercial auto, workers’ compensation, and other commercial insurance products.
* Experience cross-selling policies and meeting sales goals.
Compensation
* Base pay plus commission
* Additional earning potential based on sales performance
* Compensation will be discussed based on experience and qualifications
Schedule
We are filling one full-time and one part-time position.
The part-time position has the potential to become full-time based on performance, reliability, availability, and agency needs.
