We're growing and seeking a motivated Inside Insurance Agent / Customer Service Representative to join our team!
We are looking for a personable, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to assist new and existing clients with their insurance needs. This role combines sales, service, and account management, offering a unique opportunity to help individuals protect what matters most to them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding personal and commercial insurance products
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage explanations
- Process new policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Provide quotes, upsell additional coverage, and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent service and timely follow-ups
- Stay current with industry trends, carrier guidelines, and product offerings
- Support the agency’s growth by meeting service and sales goals
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willing to obtain)
- Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual Preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using Agency Management Systems, and standard office tools
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a customer-first mindset
