Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair automotive issues, focusing on electrical systems, powertrain components, and alignment.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.

- Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate findings to customers clearly.
- Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role in a dealership or repair shop setting.
- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, and alignment procedures.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications or training in automotive technology is preferred but not mandatory.
