Mailbox Business Operations Manager
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our growing mailbox installation and replacement business.
This is an opportunity to run an established service business while working directly with ownership. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for customer communication, scheduling, job coordination, estimating, and overall business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries and service requests
- Communicate with homeowners by phone, text, and email
- Schedule appointments and coordinate installation jobs
- Prepare estimates and pricing for customers
- Manage job tracking and follow-up communications
- Handle customer service issues and ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with installation crews and subcontractors
- Assist with business growth, marketing, and operational improvements
- Oversee daily business activities and help drive revenue growth

Pay: $400.00 - $550.00 per day
