Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide vital signs and report changes to licensed nurses
- Support residents with medication management and administration
- Assist with mobility and ambulation as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
