Prime IV Hydration & Wellness is excited to add a second Client Experience Coordinator to join Victoria and our amazing front desk team!
As our clinic continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for exceptional customer service and creating meaningful relationships with our members. Our front desk is the heart of our clinic, and we’re looking for someone who can help us continue delivering the personalized experience our clients know and love.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome every client with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Build genuine relationships with our members by learning their names and creating a personalized experience
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client questions
- Check clients in and out efficiently
- Educate clients about memberships, services, and promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk
- Support our nursing team to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
- Help create an exceptional experience from the moment a client walks through the door

- Medical office
- Spa or salon
- Hospitality
- Retail or customer service
Schedule

- Occasional Weekends
Compensation & Growth
- Starting pay: $14/hour
- 30-day performance review with opportunity for a pay increase based on performance, reliability, and successful completion of training
- Additional growth opportunities as our company continues to expand
