<Responsibilities>

- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and local businesses to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets through coaching and performance management.
- Oversee guest relations efforts to ensure outstanding service standards are consistently maintained.
- Coordinate with front desk, reservations, and human resources teams to streamline operations and enhance guest experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

<Experience>
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel sales leadership roles with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Supervising experience in a fast-paced hotel or resort environment is highly desirable.
- Strong background in customer service, guest relations, and hotel operations including front desk management and night audit procedures.
- Knowledge of revenue management systems, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette is essential.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with human resources practices related to team supervision and staff development.
