What You’ll Do
- Perform industrial cleanup and general labor duties
- Sweep, shovel, and remove material buildup throughout the plant
- Load and unload trailers and containers safely
- Support plant operations and maintenance crews
- Operate hand tools and cleanup equipment
- Complete daily equipment and safety inspections
- Follow all MSHA and plant safety procedures
- Work in industrial environments including heights and confined spaces with proper PPE
Requirements
- Strong and consistent work history REQUIRED
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly
- Comfortable performing physical labor in outdoor and industrial environments
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation required
- Safety-focused attitude and dependable attendance
- Industrial, construction, manufacturing, or heavy labor experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
