Team Member at the Tower Deli - Job Description
Job Type: Part-Time. AM and PM shifts available. Must be able to work at least 3 shifts a week, AM or PM, weekend or holiday availability
Pay: $12-$14.00 plus tips
Summary: The Tower Deli & Grill is a fresh and inviting dining experience at Thanksgiving Point, offering handcrafted sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads, and more. We focus on quality ingredients, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Our new and improved location is looking for passionate team members who are excited to be part of something special!
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service and take orders with a friendly attitude
- Prepare menu items at the grill
- Ensure food and work meets our high standards
- Have consistency with food prep and work ethic
- Keep work area clean and sanitary
- Operate kitchen equipment and follow food safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management
- Help restock as needed
- Work with team members collabortively
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Previous related experience necessary
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, calm, and kind attitude
- Willingness to learn and work with others
- Physical requirements include: standing and bending for extended periods, working around heat, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends is a plus
- Must pass a background check
- Must be at least 16 years old.
