You shorten outages with fast, methodical troubleshooting of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical issues.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to keep production-ready conditions through all shifts.

Diagnose and repair issues across drives, sensors, valves, pumps, cylinders, motors, and PLC-controlled circuits.

Execute mold changeovers, verify alignment, and fine-tune calibration to hit rate and quality targets.

Maintain facility systems affecting equipment reliability: HVAC, electrical distribution, hydraulics, and plumbing.

Plan periodic maintenance; coordinate access, parts, and timing to reduce impact on throughput.

Manage spare parts demand via procurement; monitor minimums to avoid interruptions.

Log work performed with detail to support traceability and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with production teams to optimize cycles and reduce chronic failures.

Model dependability, initiative, and a positive, team-first approach.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or equivalent industry experience.

3+ years maintaining injection molding equipment in a manufacturing setting.

2–3 years as a maintenance, electronics, or robotics technician; plastic injection molding background preferred.

Hands-on skill with PLCs, hydraulics, robotics, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems; HVAC and plumbing familiarity.

Comfort working from 12VDC up to 480VAC 3‑phase.

Strong problem-solving mindset; learns fast and retains critical details.

Self-directed with minimal supervision; dependable and punctual.

Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet delivery schedules.

Able to lift and handle 50 pounds; team-oriented with solid communication.
