What You'll Do
- Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, and ACA Marketplace plans.
- Assess client needs and recommend coverage that best fits their situation.
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls while building lasting client relationships.
- Stay current on Medicare and ACA regulations, products, and carrier updates.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with all CMS and company guidelines.
- Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Previous Medicare and/or ACA sales experience required.
- Active health insurance license required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Ability to build trust and provide exceptional client service.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
