Top Home Improvements is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our growing team. This role is the communication hub between our customers and our production teams, helping ensure every customer feels informed, supported, and taken care of throughout their project.
What You'll Do
- Schedule service and warranty appointments with customers
- Answer inbound calls regarding:
- Service and warranty requests
- Installation timelines
- Project updates
- General customer questions
- Make outbound welcome calls to new customers to introduce yourself and our team
- Conduct post-production follow-up calls to ensure customers are satisfied with their experience
- Communicate customer needs and concerns to the appropriate internal teams
- Help keep customers informed throughout the service and installation process
- Document customer interactions and update information accurately in company systems
- Provide a friendly, professional experience on every call
- Assist with resolving customer questions and concerns in a timely manner
- Work closely with Production, Installation, Sales, and Service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
What We're Looking For

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls
- Problem-solving mindset with a genuine desire to help customers
- Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, or administrative experience is a plus
- Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a bonus, but not required
