We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to ensure that every lead receives exceptional follow-up and has the highest possible chance of becoming a patient, participant, or client.
Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for contacting, nurturing, and converting marketing-generated leads across multiple healthcare brands and service lines. Approximately 70% of the role is dedicated to direct outreach activities, including phone calls, text messages, email communication, appointment scheduling, admissions support, and database reactivation efforts. The remaining 30% focuses on monitoring lead performance, identifying conversion bottlenecks, auditing follow-up efforts, recommending process improvements, and helping maximize the return on investment of our marketing campaigns.
- Contact newly generated leads promptly through phone calls, text messages, and email.
- Respond to inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Build trust and rapport with prospective patients and participants.
- Educate prospects about available services, treatments, and opportunities.
- Schedule consultations, appointments, screenings, assessments, and admissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions through the enrollment process.
- Conduct ongoing follow-up campaigns with leads that have not yet converted.
- Re-engage previous inquiries and inactive leads.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
- Monitor lead conversion performance across all marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve response times and follow-up effectiveness.
- Track lead progression from inquiry through enrollment or admission.
- Review lead handling processes and identify bottlenecks.
- Assist in improving outreach scripts and communication strategies.
- Generate reports on lead outcomes and conversion metrics.
- Provide recommendations to leadership based on performance data.
- Hands-on experience with Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO best practices, and content optimization
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Admissions, Patient Coordination, Lead Conversion, Customer Service, Call Center Operations, or Business Development.
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
