Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards. This role requires a passion for cleanliness, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform exterior cleaning of vehicles, washing, scrubbing, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including equipment and tools used in the cleaning process.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding services offered.
Qualifications
- Previous experience is not required!
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
