10-4 Mobile Auto Repair is looking for highly motivated, driven, people-focused Sales Representatives to help grow our Corporate Partners Program and Fleet Services Division throughout the San Antonio area.
This is a flexible, remote sales opportunity where you can create your own schedule, work at your own pace, and earn based on your results. We are looking for individuals who are confident communicators, self-starters, and comfortable speaking with business owners, HR managers, office managers, fleet managers, and decision-makers.
This position is commission-based only, but for the right person, there is a high probability of strong return on investment, residual income opportunities, and the potential to earn six figures.
Position Overview
As a Sales Representative for 10-4 Mobile Auto Repair, your focus will be strictly on building relationships and generating new business through two main service lines:
Corporate Partners Program
Helping companies offer on-site vehicle maintenance as an employee benefit. This program allows businesses to provide convenient auto service options for their employees while they are at work, helping improve employee satisfaction, reduce time away from work, and add value to the workplace.
Fleet Services
Helping businesses with multiple vehicles reduce downtime, avoid unnecessary tow bills, save payroll hours, and keep their vehicles running with professional on-site service.
Your role is to connect 10-4 Mobile Auto Repair with local companies and fleet-based businesses that can benefit from consistent, convenient, on-site automotive service.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads for the Corporate Partners Program and Fleet Services Division
- Contact local businesses, HR managers, office managers, fleet managers, and business owners
- Promote the benefits of on-site mobile auto repair and maintenance
- Build relationships with companies in the San Antonio area
- Explain how our services help reduce downtime, save time, improve convenience, and keep vehicles running
- Schedule introductions, appointments, or service opportunities with qualified businesses
- Follow up with leads and help convert them into active corporate or fleet accounts
- Represent the 10-4 Mobile Auto Repair brand with professionalism, confidence, and strong communication
Ideal Candidate

- Local to the San Antonio area

- Experienced in sales, business development, networking, real estate, automotive, fleet sales, B2B sales, or customer service preferred, but not required
Compensation
This is a commission-based only opportunity with no cap on earnings.
