What You'll Do
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial service calls.
- Learn plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and sewer services.
- Help load materials, prepare job sites, and maintain company vehicles.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every job.
- Learn our systems, technology, and professional service process.
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Able to lift 75+ pounds.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in Arizona weather.
- Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow every day.
Plumbing experience is NOT required. We can teach plumbing—we can't teach attitude.
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Construction experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Trade school experience
- Customer service experience
