Key Responsibilities / Duties

Player check-in and station assignments

Bracket creation/management and match scheduling

Rule enforcement, results entry, and dispute resolution

Clear, timely communication with players, talent, and production

Live coordination with the control room for match flow and timing

Maintain orderly play areas and event cadence; escalate issues as needed

Basic reporting/recaps (entrants, results, notable incidents)
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

Experience in comms/intercom with live production teams

Conflict resolution or customer service background

Multilingual skills (Spanish a plus)

Basic understanding of competitive rulings and etiquette across titles
