Are you a digital media enthusiast who excels at building rapport and trust with clients? We are seeking a Client Experience Associate with strong client management and problem-solving skills to join our Network Solutions team. (
In this client-facing role, you will work with digital advertising agency buyers and Life Science companies to demonstrate the value that Phreesia could provide to their brands. You will work closely to support CE Managers, leaders and cross-functional internal teams to deliver successful, effective, targeted patient engagement and/or HCP digital campaigns. This is primarily a work-from-home role, with regular in-person meetings. Candidates must be based in the New York City metro area or in commutable distance, and available to attend team, client meetings, social and industry events as needed.
Bachelor’s degree required with 1–2+ years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or client-facing roles within a media or creative agency, healthcare publisher, or pharmaceutical digital advertising environment
Healthcare media experience strongly preferred (e.g., pharmaceutical, point-of-care, out-of-home, programmatic, DTC/HCP, OTC). Healthcare-adjacent media experience may also be considered.
Base pay for US is $70,000- $75,000, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part of an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package.
