Experienced Residential Cleaner (1099 Contractor)

Compensation
- Paid per job (not hourly)
- Equivalent of $25/hour minimum for standard cleaning services
- Equivalent of $30/hour minimum for deep cleaning services

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough residential cleaning services in client homes
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces
- Clean high-touch areas and maintain a sanitary environment
- Follow client preferences and service standards
- Communicate professionally with clients and office staff
- Maintain a high level of quality, consistency, and attention to detail
- Represent Michigan Prime Shine with professionalism and reliability
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable residential cleaning experience
- Reliable personal transportation
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned jobs effectively
Preferred
- Experience with deep cleaning services
- Floor care experience, including carpet cleaning or specialty floor maintenance
- Hotel, hospitality, or commercial cleaning experience
- Experience working directly with residential clients
