We are an established, licensed cannabis producer/processor based in Spokane Valley, Washington. We are a team of passionate cannasseurs working together to create a premium cannabis experience. The Role
We are seeking a highly capable individual to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of expansion projects across our organization. This role ensures that projects move from concept to completion efficiently, with clear accountability and communication.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner and proactive problem solver who doesn't just manage a schedule, but understands the mechanics of construction to determine exactly what work is needed to achieve our desired results.
About You: Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate a high-level understanding of how construction projects work and the initiative to take full ownership of the process.
- Construction Mechanics: A high-level understanding of construction workflows and the ability to reverse-engineer desired results into technical work requirements.
- Trade Dependency Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of construction sequencing, including how MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), structural, and architectural phases interlock.
- Resource Forecasting: The ability to identify precisely what labor, materials, and equipment are required to achieve specific milestones.
- Operational Execution: Experience balancing strategic thinking with the "boots-on-the-ground" coordination required to keep projects on track.
- Adaptability: A calm demeanor when faced with unforeseen challenges and a solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear Communication: The ability to translate complex project needs into clear expectations for team members and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Oversight
- Translate high-level objectives into clear timelines and actionable tasks.
- Define deliverables and success metrics for every stage of the expansion.
- Anticipate operational needs and prepare resources to ensure "work-readiness".
Coordination & Monitoring
- Facilitate collaboration across departments, vendors, and contractors.
- Track progress using dashboards and documentation systems to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Identify risks, delays, or blockers early and propose practical, efficient solutions.
Systems Improvement
- Evaluate existing workflows and implement systems to improve efficiency and accountability.
- Conduct research for new tools, systems, or subject areas relevant to specific projects.
Requirements & Experience
- Minimum Requirements: Reliable transportation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Preferred Experience: Background in project management, operations management, or program coordination.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in cannabis is NOT a requirement; we value your project management expertise above all else.
