Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales performance
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives
- Coach and mentor sales consultants on sales processes and customer engagement
- Assist with negotiations and closing deals
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
- Partner with the Finance Department to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve results
- Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or F&I Manager
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
- Experience with dealership management and CRM systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
