Project Manager
Pay: $75K - $100K
Schedule: 1st Shift | Full-Time | Direct Hire
Travel: Moderate travel to customer sites, vendors, and other company locations.
We're looking for a Project Manager who enjoys keeping projects organized, moving, and on schedule from quote through final delivery. In this role, you'll work closely with sales, engineering, production, vendors, and customers to coordinate projects, solve problems, and make sure timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
This is a hands-on position where you'll track project milestones, communicate updates with internal teams and customers, coordinate supplier quotes and lead times, help improve estimating accuracy, and identify opportunities to make future projects run even smoother. What they're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or similar environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
