Job Summary
Part time -30-35 hrs. a month. Please review hours before applying-. Hours: every other weekend, a Friday, Sat & Sunday shift. 5 hrs. each shift. some week day evenings. Tuesday or Wed 4-9 pm . Thursdays 4-9 pm. we can discuss in detail during an interview. Must be available a minimum of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays a month.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the gym, establishing a friendly and professional rapport.
- Assist customers with membership option inquiries, offering detailed tours to showcase features and benefits.
- Perform upselling by recommending additional services that meet customer needs.personal training or classes.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain, clean, and organize the gym to ensure an attractive environment.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions.
- Ability to perform a guest tour with enthusiasm.
