Position Summary: To oversee and supervise the Middlebridge postgraduate evening program and students and to help create a residential environment that supports the mission of Middlebridge School and the development of life-long learners.Primary Duties: Support of the postgraduate program in the evenings, including direct staff/student managementWork with individual students to define and implement goals Maintain written and oral communication with staff and parents, in support of residential life and independent living progressSupport residential staffEstablish and implement weekly routines, including laundry, shopping and curriculum/activity planning & executionAssist with semester report writing processAttend daily staff meetingsMaintain communication with other departments on campus: Travel, Health Center, Deans office around student needs, medications, plans Assist with communication around maintenance and housing concernsRepresent the postgraduate program and Middlebridge school in a positive and professional mannerAssist in supporting student participation and integration into the Middlebridge communitySupport off-campus house management Work weekend hours as assigned
