ExcelCare at Wilmington is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our skilled nursing leadership team. Supervise and support nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Ensure quality resident care and compliance with nursing home regulations
Monitor clinical documentation and care planning
Oversee admissions, discharges, and resident transfers
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Respond to clinical and staffing concerns during shift
Promote strong teamwork and positive clinical outcomes
Active Delaware Registered Nurse (RN) License
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience preferred
Previous supervisor or charge nurse experience is a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to multitask and lead effectively in a fast-paced setting
