```Duties```
-Monday through Friday 730am to 4:30pm.
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, scanning, and managing correspondence with customers
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to the office manager and other staff members
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in receptionist role is preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other office software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
