Job Overview:
Think you’ve got what it takes to battle bugs and save the day—every day? We’re looking for a dedicated, hardworking Pest Control Technician to join our team of pest-fighting heroes! In this role, you’ll be going toe-to-toe with ants, roaches, rodents, termites, and every creepy crawler trying to crash our customers’ homes and backyards. From performing routine treatments to installing top-tier termite prevention systems, you’ll be the reason families sleep easy and enjoy their outdoor spaces in peace. It’s a hands-on job that takes stamina, grit, and the willingness to face the Texas heat head-on—but if you’re up for the challenge, we’ll train you, support you, and cheer you on every step of the way. Schedule
Our business hours run Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM—but our rockstar technicians like to get a head start, often kicking off their day as early as 7:00 AM. We work a full week with some occasional overtime and Saturdays when the pests just won’t quit (because bugs don’t care about weekends, right?). And don’t forget our weekly Wednesday morning meeting—it starts bright and early at 6:45 AM and gets us geared up and ready to take on the week as a team!
Responsibilities:
● Perform pest control applications for a variety of pests—including mosquitoes, ants, roaches, rodents, termites, and more—following company standards and safety protocols
● Prepare and mix pest control products based on specific job requirements
● Operate, maintain, and clean equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
● Ensure accurate and effective application of all pest control treatments
● Communicate professionally with customers, providing education and answering questions about general pest, mosquito, and termite services
● Maintain thorough and accurate service records using the company app
● Adhere to all company policies and regulatory guidelines to ensure safe, compliant pest control practices
● Support the team with additional tasks as assigned by management, as part of your growth and development as a pest control technician.
Who we are looking for:
We need someone who’s not afraid to break a sweat, lift up to 40 lbs, and stay on their feet while taking down Texas-sized pest problems! You should be cool with working outside—even when the Texas sun is doing its thing—and have a knack for making customers feel confident, informed, and well taken care of. A sharp eye, a safety-first mindset, and solid communication skills go a long way here. Got pest control experience? Awesome! If not, we’re happy to train the right person.
