The Night Yard Spotter is responsible for moving and shuttling trailers between docks and drop lots within a local 5-mile radius. This role supports nightly operations by keeping freight moving efficiently and safely.

Support yard and dock operations to keep freight moving efficiently.
Work closely with dispatch, warehouse, and transportation teams.
Follow all company and DOT safety procedures.
Maintain a professional and safety-first approach at all times.
Night shift: 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule.
Local work within a 5-mile radius.
Starting pay of $29.50 per hour.
Overtime after 40 hours.
Premium overtime for all Sunday hours.
Medical coverage with 80% of the premium paid by the company.
401(k) with up to a 4% company match.
