We are hiring an OLP Supervisor (Other Licensed Practitioner) to oversee clinical services within our CFTSS and CORE programs.
This role focuses on clinical supervision, documentation oversight, and provider support. The right candidate will be organized, responsive, and able to keep providers on track with compliance and clinical standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group supervision to licensed clinicians (OLP providers)
- Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Follow up on overdue notes and documentation
- Support onboarding and training of new providers
- Assist with treatment plans, medical necessity, and clinical documentation
- Troubleshoot EHR and documentation issues
- Communicate regularly with leadership and provide updates
- Participate in team meetings and support day-to-day operations
Requirements
- LMSW, LCSW, or higher (required)
- SIFI certification (required)
- Active New York State license
- Experience with CFTSS and/or CORE programs preferred
- Prior clinical supervision experience
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and compliance
- Experience working with EHR systems

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Remote / hybrid flexibility available
- Must be NY-licensed
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
