Overview
Bravo Auto Group is searching for an experienced and motivated Service Assistant for our growing team in Elyria, Ohio. As the primary connection between our customers and technicians, you'll play a critical role in creating a positive service experience while helping customers understand their vehicle needs and maintenance requirements. Responsibilities
As a Service Assistant, you will greet customers, listen carefully to their concerns, and ensure their service needs are accurately documented and communicated. You will answer incoming phone calls and emails, provide repair and maintenance estimates, explain recommended services, and guide customers through every step of the repair process. Working closely with the Service Manager, technicians and the parts department, you will prioritize repairs, coordinate service schedules, and ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately. You will create and manage repair orders using software, assist with parts research when needed, and maintain clear communication with customers by providing updates and addressing questions promptly.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of adminatstrative/assistant experience and a strong understanding of automotive repair. Dealership experience is preferred, along with knowledge of automotive estimating software and dealership management systems. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential, along with basic computer proficiency and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. A valid driver's license is required, and bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus.
